  • Non-Transferable Packages

    All UV Tanning packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another individual. The package benefits are exclusively reserved for the purchasing client and cannot be used on behalf of others.

    No Refunds for Unused Services

    Arizona Tanning Inc. shall not offer refunds or credits for any unused services included in the purchased packages. Customers are responsible for utilizing their sessions or services within the stipulated time frame. Failure to use the services during this time will not warrant a refund or credit.

    Age Requirement

    As per federal regulations, clients must be at least 18 years old to use UV tanning services. We strictly adhere to this requirement, and any client unable to provide proof of age may be denied access to UV tanning services.

    Minimum 24 Hours Between Tanning Sessions

    At Arizona Tanning, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients. To ensure that our clients are not overexposed to UV rays, we require a minimum of 24 hours between tanning sessions. Arizona Tanning reserves the right to turn away clients who do not meet the minimum 24-hour requirement between tanning sessions.

    Last Call for Tanning Sessions

    The last call for tanning sessions is set at 15 minutes before the posted closing time. Clients must initiate their tanning sessions before this last call time. Our staff will ensure that all sessions end promptly at closing time to maintain the smooth operation of our facility.

    Exceptional Circumstances

    In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical reasons), customers may request an extension or modification of a package expiration date. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Arizona Tanning Inc. reserves the right to grant or deny these requests at its sole discretion.

    Bullying and Harassment

    Arizona Tanning is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for all clients and staff members. All clients at Arizona Tanning are expected to treat each other and our staff with respect, dignity, and courtesy. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bullying or harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or written actions that may cause harm, discomfort, or distress to others. Bullying and harassment include actions or behaviours that are harmful, intimidating, hostile, offensive, or unwanted, or target individuals based on their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic. Arizona Tanning reserves the right to turn away any client who engages in bullying or harassment, displays aggressive behaviour, or violates our policies and rules. Our staff members are empowered to make decisions regarding the access and continuation of services to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff. Clients found to be in violation of these rules may be subject to various consequences, depending on the severity of the incident. These consequences may include verbal warnings, temporary suspension of services, or, in severe cases, permanent banning from Arizona Tanning premises.

    Changes to the Policy

    Arizona Tanning Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted on this page.

    Client Responsibility

    By using our tanning services or purchasing packages, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. It is the client's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the policy and comply with its provisions.

  • Minute Package Expiration

    All UV Tanning minute packages purchased at Arizona Tanning Inc. shall have an expiration period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. 

  • Activation of 30-Day Memberships

    All 30-day memberships purchased at Arizona Tanning must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Failure to activate the membership within this specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the membership. 30-day memberships are considered activated from the day of the first tan used with the membership. The 30-day membership will remain active for a consecutive period of 30 days following the day of the first tan. During the 30-day membership period, any days on which Arizona Tanning is closed, including holidays or scheduled maintenance days, will be included in the membership duration and will not be counted separately. The 30-day membership period cannot be paused, interrupted, or extended for any reason, including personal absence, vacation, or other commitments.

    Consecutive Use of Multiple 30-Day Memberships

    In cases where multiple 30-day memberships are purchased, the first membership must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the first membership has been activated, any remaining 30-day memberships must be used consecutively without interruption.
